Shilpa Strong

“I remember early in my career, I was dissuaded from taking on a front-line role because it involved working in the ‘rough and tough world of the (male) dealers’. “

Growing up on various airforce bases before leaving the family at 19 years of age to pursue an opportunity in Canada, Shilpa Strong developed a strong ability to be adaptable and resilient regardless of location. These characteristics were instrumental in her success be it in her sales role selling computers or in her current strategic business transformational roles in numerous Countries.

Shilpa firmly believes that organisations must strike a balance across the various strategic pillars. Financial, Customers, Employees and Regulatory Compliance make the welfare of people a very integral part of business growth… and the bottom line. And that leads to shareholder value.
