About Jenni Smith:

Jenni has a broad range of Non-Executive Directorships spanning retail, SMSF, registry services, and education. She is a private investor and Advisory Board member to founder-led start-up organisations.

Jenni runs her own advisory practice assisting Chairman, Board committees and CEO’s in areas of culture, leadership, performance and remuneration. Clients range from start-up companies to ASX200 in a range of sectors. Additionally, she is an executive coach to ‘C’ suite executives.

Jenni has extensive experience as an international ASX senior executive director, her most recent role was Group Executive Officer, People and Communications for QBE Group Insurance (market cap AUD $14b). She is experienced in working with regulators, investor community, proxy groups and the media during a time of uncertainty and low shareholder confidence.

Previously Jenni spent four years with Telstra Corporation in Sydney and Hong Kong, and prior to that worked in the UK broadcasting industry at ONdigital and Carlton Television.
